With the business making positive changes in the past few years to ensure client satisfaction and business productivity, all whilst securing a record number of new orders in the process, Anord Mardix has transformed into a confident market-leader in its own right - all whilst maintaining it’s ‘business as usual’ mindset.
By creating a self-actualised foundation of undeniable growth in response to an industry that shows no signs of slowing, Anord Mardix has rightly began laying the foundations for organic expansion into new territories.
Anord Mardix’s CEO James Peacock has previously made clear the company’s plans to break into the Asia Pacific market, as well as establishing a factory there in time, as quoted in an interview with DCD,
“We’ve already got some large-scale projects in Asia at the moment... We have a sales office in Singapore and local partners, but we need to be on the ground to deliver our product and have the capacity to manufacture locally to reduce lead times.”
It is therefore with great pleasure that Anord Mardix welcomes Bruce Moore to the team as the new Regional Sales Director for APAC, one of many touchpoints Anord Mardix will establish in Asia Pacific soon.
Australian-born, Bruce has lived in Singapore for over 18 years, with an additional 2 years based in Bangalore, India. Travel and learning new cultures have been long-standing passions for Bruce, evident in his impressive polyglot status in several foreign languages.
Holding an Electrical Mechanics Diploma, Bruce has been a long-standing member of the engineering industry, not to mention the critical power industry, with well documented success developing and nurturing C-Level relationships with key decision makers across APAC geography including China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Japan and many more!
Bruce also has experience in leading and building sustainably profitable businesses for regional and global entities in the broader IT infrastructure space, with a specific focus on data centres and hyperconverged infrastructure covering several markets; power distribution, cloud, network and security to name just a few.
Most recently, Bruce has seen resounding success in his previous role as Managing Director for APAC at Rahi Systems. Leading this division resulted in the recruitment, coaching and retaining of a highly effective customer-focused sales and engineering team. In addition, he built an engaged partner community to support a growing customer base, underpinned by a mission of innovation, value and, above all, outstanding customer service.
In addition, Bruce is an active member within the critical power industry, proven not only in his glowing sales accolades, but also in his allegiance to external industry committees:
- Founding steering committee member of The Green Grid - Singapore
- Member of the Harvard Business Review advisory council
- Member of the Infrastructure Masons – Builders of the Digital Age to Connect, Grow and Give back
Bruce commented on his new appointment,
“Having collaborated with Anord Mardix in previous APAC leadership roles, I’m excited about the future potential based on the quality, safety and reliability of Anord Mardix power solutions. Backed by significant engineering capability, I look forward to leading execution of the strategy curated with the executive leadership team who are deeply invested to expand the Anord Mardix footprint across the APAC geography. Together, we look forward to delivering support and service to our highly valued customers, emulating the experience already delivered in EMEA and North America.”
We are extremely proud to have Bruce onboard with us and know that this will be a crucial moment in Anord Mardix history to facilitate the movement into markets further afield.
