National Apprenticeship Week 2022 is the 15th annual week-long celebration of apprenticeships across the UK, first starting as an initiative to bring awareness to the variable routes available to someone starting their career, or for someone looking to retrain.
This week, from 7th – 13th February, this national campaign brings together business and apprentices across the country. It puts the spotlight on the positive impact apprenticeships make to our national workforce, through the hashtag #BuildTheFuture, and encourages future apprentices to research the opportunities available to them.
At Anord Mardix, we offer a number of apprenticeship schemes in conjunction with local colleges. These apprenticeships equip students with the qualifications to dive into a career, whilst feeling a part of our team from their first day.
The college provides a great mix of hands-on and theory based learning that allows our apprentices to learn more than just how to do something but also be able to problem solve and understand why things work the way they do.
